Dr. Anita is amazing! I recently started seeing her for limited mobility and terrible pain in my shoulder/arm due to previous surgeries. I truly believe in helping people. When I went back into private practice after providing 10 years of contract work for ART Corporate Solutions, I wanted it to be personal. I dreamed of a small practice in my own community with a lot of one on one time and personal attention. I have never wanted to be a high volume practice that works on patients for only a few minutes. My goal was to have a practice where I have time to speak with my patients and listen. I feel that I have achieved that.
When a patient comes to me and tells me that they have already seen a primary care doctor, an orthopedist, a physical therapist, a massage therapist and often another chiropractor for a lengthy period of time with no results and then come to me with immediate results; well, that is why I am in practice. I tell my patients, it is certainly not magic, but I will truly do my best to help you without keeping you at my office for six months. Please come and try me for 4 to 6 visits. If you do not have a significant amount of improvement, I will find someone that can help you.
Why have I devoted my career to Active Release Technique (ART)? It is simply the best soft tissue technique I have utilized. I have been certified since 2004. I love learning more every year and applying it to my practice. The level of knowledge on anatomy I have gained is simply amazing. Please give 41 North and ART a try. I promise we are different.

I saw Dr. Anita for the first time in August of 2018. I had had a knot in my upper back for years and it had caused me tremendous pain. When she released all the tension from this particular spot, I felt so much relief....and I could almost visualize the knot unraveling. I had not felt that good for such a long time. It was amazing!!! I see her several times a month now and she continues to be awesome with me.
